I have known Charles for more than 10 years and have worked with him on multiple home sales and rentals.  One particular sale that comes to mind is the most recent which was a short sale.  This was a very old house and had its challenges due to age of siding, roof, basement, flooring and general infrastructure issues.  Charles stayed on top of the transaction with interactions with clients and the bank.   There were two sales that fell through, however Charles never lost enthusiasm for the sale and kept trying.  The home was sold!  If Charles could sell my home, he can sell yours.
